Local processing
JSON formatting, validation, minification, repair and comparison run inside a Web Worker in your browser. Editor contents are not uploaded to JFmt.
Optional local draft
If you enable auto-save, JFmt stores the current editor draft in your browser's local storage so a refresh can restore it. This never leaves your device. Clear, disable auto-save, or use a private window if you do not want a local draft.
Operational data
Cloudflare may process standard request metadata to deliver and protect the website. We may use privacy-conscious, aggregate web analytics and sampled technical logs.
Your responsibility
Remove credentials and personal data before copying output into another application, support ticket or shared screenshot.
